Fundy

Terms of service

Last updated October 4, 2026

These terms cover your use of Fundy, the Discord bot and this website. By adding Fundy to a server, subscribing, or using Fundy, you agree to them.

What Fundy is

Fundy summarizes prop trading firms' published rules, does drawdown and position-size math, and lists scheduled economic releases. It is an information tool. It is not financial, investment or trading advice, and it does not give trade signals. Fundy is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any prop firm.

Firms change their rules. We work to keep Fundy accurate, but rules, numbers and release times can be out of date or wrong. Always confirm with your firm before you trade. You are responsible for your trading decisions and for following your firm's rules.

Accounts

You log in with Discord. Server plans can only be bought by the Discord server's owner. You're responsible for activity under your Discord account.

Plans, trials and billing

Fair use

Don't use Fundy to break Discord's terms, to get around a prop firm's rules, or to overload the service. Question limits apply to keep Fundy fast for everyone. We may suspend access for abuse.

Liability

Fundy is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for trading losses, failed evaluations, lost accounts or other damages from using Fundy, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will note the date above. Questions: email support@fundybot.com.
